How will my cupcakes be delivered?
We post our cupcakes first class by Royal Mail in specially-designed boxes so they should arrive in perfect condition. Within the boxes, the cupcakes are gift wrapped with either pink or brown ribbons. If your cupcakes are a gift, we recommend that you let the recipient know to expect a delivery as we cannot be held responsible for spoilage if the package is left outside or in the sorting office. It may be preferable to specify delivery to a work address. Larger orders may be delivered by courier, please contact us for more information.
Can I personalise the cupcake?
We can include a personal message on a card within the package. We can also design a bespoke cupcake for you. Please see bespoke orders for details and contact us for more information.
How long will my cupcakes last?
If you can resist eating your cupcakes straight away, they will keep for up to 4 days in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. We do not recommend that you refrigerate them unless it's really hot and they are unsuitable for freezing.
I love cake decorating but am not very good at baking can I order cupcakes to decorate at home?
We can send un-iced cupcakes for you to decorate yourself. Please contact us for prices and details.
How can I pay if I don't have a Paypal account?
You can pay using a Credit or Debit card without having to open a PayPal account. You can also pay via cheque but please submit your order via the contact form >
I can buy cupcakes in my supermarket, why should I buy yours?
Our cupcakes are hand made, not produced on a factory line. They are made with love and care and contain top quality ingredients. We use free range eggs and organic and fairtrade products. Where is Cupcake Boutique?
Cupcake Boutique is based in Reigate, Surrey with an additional office in Guildford. We do not currently have retail premises, but hope to in the near future.
